we had the brilliant idea of going to midtown and looking at holiday windows two fridays before christmas. nothing to drive away the holiday spirit like midtown crowds. at least we made up for a little by going inside st. patrick's cathedral.
clearly baby jesus was not born yet. after all, it was still ten days before christmas.
