too old to be a metal mouth

about four and a half years ago i did a flip on a trampoline, over-rotated, and landed with my mouth against the bar. three teeth fell out and only two of them were able to be put back. before i can get an implant i needed to get braces because i also have an impacted tooth hidden in the roof of my mouth. so, when i finally got dental insurance i started getting things taken care of in preparation for braces....like getting the baby tooth that never came out extracted. i was going to have a dentist do the braces, but my insurance didn't cover it (and the dentist never told me it wouldn't). so $600 later i went looking for an orthodontist. when i finally found one i liked i also found out i was pregnant, and since i need oral surgery to expose the impacted tooth, i had to wait even longer before i could get the process going. here is the current state of my mouth and progress on getting an implant.
