boys paint

simon and i made our first trip out to brooklyn to paint pumpkins with liam. much easier than trying to carve pumpkins with toddlers.

i think liam is trying to explain to simon what you're supposed to do with finger paint.


this was simon's first encounter with the stuff. he wasn't sure what to think. he generally doesn't like to get his hands dirty. so dainty.


not the case for liam. he knows finger paints very well.


after a while the colors all mix together and you can't even tell what you started with.
