we've been to bed bath & beyond a couple times this past week, and i've been eyeballing the ice cream makers. at first i only saw two of them, and they were way out of our price range. this last time i looked a little harder and i found one very similar to the one i had growing up. I looked at the price tag and it said $6.99. I couldn't believe it, so i checked a different tag, and sure enough it was $69.99.
nice little machine though, isn't it. i called robert over and showed it to him. we both decided to take it to the register and see what would happen if we pointed out the price sticker after they rang it up and told us it was seventy something dollars.
today was a pretty good day. and summer is going to be good.
(unfortunately i couldn't take a picture of the price sticker and document it, they had to log it as evidence.)

Talk about an awesome day! One of the many reasons I love Bed, Bath, and Beyond. I now know where I'm going for icecream this summer...:)
